Tekoa Mountain Apartments is an important property  with a rich tradition that dates back to the Revolutionary War.

In the late 1700’s to the mid 1800’s, Tekoa Mountain Apartments was the site of Old Noah Clark’s Inn.  The Inn was one of  a handful of  locations in the region where a weary traveler could find serenity and solace on a rich English down- pillow after regaling in Old Noah’s tales and sing-alongs in the downstairs piano pub.  Travelers and Town-folk alike crowded the piano pub for entertainment and  a hearty mouthwatering Southwick butter-steak usually enjoyed with a nickel Pint of  Old Noah’s Famous Ale (with home-grown hops of course! ).

After Noah made his mark on the town of Westfield, the property was converted to the Town Farm, where within its lush green space were produced some of the tastiest potatoes ever grown.  Legend has it that Idahoans passing through Westfield were not reticent to transport a bushel or two back to the potato state.

Thereafter, the property was converted to comfortable and serene residences featuring lush open spaces.  And so the tradition continues today.

Tradition is what really sets Tekoa Mountain Apartments apart from other residences.  Continuing Old Noah’s emphasis on quiet beauty, tranquility, and enduring traditional open space, Tekoa Mountain Apartments feature old world charm in modern times.   Tekoa Mountain Apartments  is an irresistible location.  And you’ll be astonished at just how affordable living at Tekoa Mountain Apartments is.

"Great place to live. Quiet, friendly and allow pets! Walking distance from Westfield State and Stanley Park. Good neighborhood."

"Tekoa, just like any other apartment complex has some issues. Yet all staff are quick to help fix and cater to your needs. It is so nice have a front and back yard especially with a young child. The neighbors are great (for the most part) and no noise complaints . . ."

"I lived here for over two years, it is a very nice place ad the staff is great. Jessi and Melanie are some of the nicest people i have dealt with in a long time and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy"

"I lived at Tekoa for a little over a year. It was my first apartment and like anywhere you live there were some issue we had. All the issues we had were taken care of in a timely manor. Melanie was who we spoke with directly and she works overtime to make sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. When we moved, we stayed with the same company and Melanie made the move seamless and a piece of cake. The Tekoa mountain apartments have character and is an older building but I wouldn't have wanted to love anywhere else for my first home."

"I have been living at tekoa apartments for a year now and am very happy with my apartment. Everyone here is very nice and we all get along. Everytime i need anything done I call the office and it is done promptly. I have had no issues and will continue to enjoy living in my apartment for years to come"

"For anyone interested in living within walking distance to Westfield State University, this is an excellent complex to move into. . . ."

"I love it here! my boyfriend, chichuahua and I have a 2 bedroom. I love that they are pet friendly and have poop baggy stations throughout the property so you can walk your dog and clean up after them. I have a front and backyard which is nice, feels more like a house than a unit. The staff is friendly and I've only needed maintenance once but they were speedy! It is pretty quiet, all I've ever heard is dogs occasionally barking and a few kids in the summertime play in the back but nothing that interferes with my sleep ( I work 9-5p!) I have recommended this property to my friend and she is in a one bedroom and also likes it! I plan on renewing my lease next month!"
